It's interesting to note that 9mm Tulammo 115 grn has a FPS of 1150 from a 5" barrel, which comes out to a 133 power factor. Based on an estimate that a 16" barrel will add 250 FPS to the velocity, 9mm 115 grn Tulammo at 1400 FPS would have a 161 power factor and muzzle energy of 500 ft/lbs.
